Shipping
All items are made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
United States: 3–7 business days after production (6–12 business days total)
International: typically 2–4 weeks after production. Some destinations can take up to 6 weeks depending on customs and local carriers.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions. A small number of destinations are unavailable due to sanctions or carrier limitations, and coverage can vary by product. The country dropdown at checkout shows the current list — if your country appears there, we can ship to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and quantity.
ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities, so they can ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
TRACKING
Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Orders may pass between carriers in transit, so tracking can show "Label Created" or pause for several days before updating. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.
DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please wait 2 business days — parcels are sometimes scanned early or left with a neighbour. If tracking hasn't updated for 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (international), contact us and we'll investigate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because items go into production quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, using the link in your confirmation email. After that, see our Returns & FAQ.
